[ ] If Wi-Fi fails, ask guests to keep originals and use the later link.
[ ] Review incoming files before display when that is your chosen setting.

AFTER THE WEDDING
[ ] Send the same clickable link with the actual upload deadline.
[ ] Make an early backup rather than waiting for the last day.
[ ] Open several photos and videos from the downloaded archive.
[ ] Export messages or audio separately if not included in the media ZIP.
[ ] Make a final incremental or complete backup before hosting ends.
[ ] Keep another copy in an independent location.
[ ] Share a reviewed selection with the intended audience.
