Choose one clear destination for each code
Label a website code “Visit our wedding website” and an RSVP code “Reply to our invitation.” A menu or livestream needs its own clear instruction. Guests should know what will open before they scan. Use the final public link, not an editing screen that only works in your account.
What this free generator provides
The code directly contains the URL you enter. Generation happens in your browser; this tool does not send the destination to a QR service or save it to browser storage. It does not create an RSVP form, registry or photo gallery. The linked service still controls access and availability, and anyone who receives the code can read its destination.
Can I change the link after printing?
Editing the field and generating again makes a new image. It cannot change cards already printed. If your own website keeps a stable address and you update that page, the same code still opens that address. A direct QR image has no subscription, but the destination can expire or move.
Make a print proof before ordering
- Open the destination while signed out and confirm guests can complete the intended task.
- Download the PNG and keep its square shape and white border intact.
- Print one sample at the size you intend to use, with the normal URL beneath it.
- Scan with an iPhone and an Android phone at a realistic distance and under venue lighting.
- Send the clickable link in digital invitations; guests should not need to scan their own screen.
