One payment for your event
Plans cost $39, $59, $89 USD, paid once. Choose by event count, collection window and slideshow access, with the plan limits available before you buy.
No guest registration step
All 3 plans include unlimited guests and unlimited photo and video uploads. Guests can contribute without downloading an app or creating a guest account.
Hosted storage instead of a connected Drive folder
WeddingPhoto App stores your event media for the selected plan window. WedUploader sends uploads to your connected Google Drive; choose the approach that fits where you want to manage your files.
Separate controls for contributing and viewing
A guest can send a photo without gaining access to everyone else's submissions. Guest viewing, review before display and guest downloads are separate gallery controls.
Time for the photos that arrive later
Intimate allows uploads until 15 days after the event; Celebration allows uploads until 45 days after the event; Forever allows uploads until 180 days after the event. Forever also includes 3 events, so you can keep different celebrations in separate galleries.

Frequently asked questions
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests open your event link or scan its QR code and upload photos and videos in their browser, without creating an account. They need an internet connection and should wait for the upload confirmation.
Can guests upload without seeing everyone else's photos?
Yes. Collecting uploads and allowing guest viewing are separate settings. You can keep submissions private, review them before display and decide whether guests can download files.
Does WeddingPhoto App replace our wedding photographer?
No. It collects the moments your guests capture, alongside your photographer's work. Photography, editing and a professional wedding album are separate services.
Does the Forever plan store photos forever?
No. Forever includes 12 months of storage after the event. Download your files and keep a separate backup before that deadline.
