Which plan fits your wedding?
Choose by event count and time, not by guest count. All three plans allow unlimited guests and photo/video uploads within the package window and technical usage limits. The host controls gallery viewing, guest downloads and review before publishing. Guests contribute through a browser without buying a plan or creating an account.
Intimate suits one celebration when you can collect promptly and save your own archive. Choose Celebration if you want a live slideshow or more time for late uploads. Forever includes three events and the longest collection window, useful when the rehearsal, wedding and another celebration need separate galleries.
When do uploads and storage end?
Upload and storage deadlines run from the event date. Intimate accepts uploads until 15 days afterwards and stores the gallery for two months. Celebration allows 45 days of uploads and six months of storage. Forever allows 180 days of uploads and one year of storage. Buying early does not use up these post-event windows.
Upload access can end before gallery storage does. Set a reminder to request missing pictures before the upload deadline, then download and check your archive before storage expires. One-time pricing covers the stated period, not lifetime hosting.
What should we check before paying?
Try the guest preview to see the upload steps, decide whether you need a reception screen and count the separate events you want to create. Intimate does not include the live slideshow. Celebration and Forever do. WeddingPhoto App collects photos and videos; it does not include an audio guestbook or RSVP manager.
