What is free?

The planning tools and their available exports are free. WeddingPhoto App's hosted photo and video galleries are a separate purchase. A checklist or QR design does not itself include photo storage.

Where is my work saved?

Tools with local saving keep work on this browser, not in a cloud account. Download a copy before clearing browser data. Share links on supported tools contain a snapshot of your result; they do not provide live collaborative editing.

Which tool should we start with?

If the date is booked, make your countdown. Once guest replies arrive, work on seating. Agree photo priorities with your photographer before finalizing the day-of schedule, and keep guest activities optional.
