Wedding bingo generator

Build cards around the moments actually planned for your reception. Remove anything that does not fit, add your own squares and print a different card for each table.

Your printable cards will appear here. Start with the included reception moments or write your own.

Choose moments, not dares

Players mark things they notice. They do not need to cause a scene, interrupt a speech or photograph strangers. Our starting pool leaves out embarrassing accidents and assumptions about family roles. Read every square against your actual plans before printing.

How to play

  1. Give each player or table a card and a pen.
  2. Agree whether a straight row, column or diagonal wins.
  3. Mark a square when its moment happens; the centre of odd-sized cards is free.
  4. Ask winners to tell the host quietly during a break rather than shout over a ceremony or speech.

Which card size works best?

A 3×3 card has eight prompts and a free square, suitable for a short activity. A 4×4 card has sixteen prompts and no free square. A 5×5 card has twenty-four prompts and a free square. A larger card needs more varied moments and more time.

Are the cards different?

The generator shuffles the selected prompt pool for each card. Two cards can share prompts, which is normal for bingo; identical cards are unlikely but possible. More prompts produce more varied cards. Print a test page and check the smallest text before making the full set.

Can guests play on a phone?

Tap a square to mark it. A completed line shows a bingo message. Mobile marks last for this visit; download or print your cards to keep them. For a photo activity with a shareable checklist, try the scavenger hunt. For a hosted group game, choose wedding game questions.
