For 360 photo booth rental cost, request a separate quote for your date and venue. The published packages above do not establish a 360 price range. Ask whether the platform's operating area fits the room once tables and accessible walkways are in place.
A digital-only booth avoids print consumables but still needs a camera or tablet, lighting, support and delivery. A 360 platform adds a moving capture setup and a space requirement; compare its actual video deliverables. A DIY phone corner shifts setup and troubleshooting to your own helper.

How much does a photo booth cost to rent for longer?
Compare the same package over two, three and four operating hours. A shorter booking may retain the same setup and travel charges, so dividing a three-hour quote by three does not give a one-hour rental price. In the dated LC example above, one additional hour is listed at $250; confirm that rate before using it in your own quote.
Reduce the bill without losing the part guests enjoy
Schedule the booth for a period when guests can use it, choose an included backdrop, and decide whether physical prints matter before buying an upgrade. Ask for a revised total after removing extras. If the goal is simply to receive guests' own pictures, a guest upload gallery serves that different job without renting capture equipment.
A booth records people who visit it during its operating window. Guests' phones can capture other places and times, but uploads depend on people choosing to contribute. Neither a package price nor a guest count proves how many useful images you will receive.
If you want both, place a gallery sign near the booth so guests can also share their own pictures. Keep the booth spend and the gallery spend separate in your budget workbook.

Is a QR gallery cheaper than a photo booth?
It may cost less, but it performs a different job. A gallery collects files from guests' phones; a staffed booth supplies a dedicated capture experience, equipment and often prints.
Are unlimited prints really unlimited?
Ask how many copies are provided per session or person and what the operating window is. Unlimited sessions during three hours do not mean unlimited operating time.
Should we book the booth for the whole reception?
Check when guests can actually use it. Dinner, speeches and room transitions can create idle time. Ask whether setup or an idle period counts against paid operation.
