The current pricing page includes unlimited photos, videos and guests, original downloads, a slideshow and web audio on both plans. Upload and storage periods start on the event date. Additional main galleries and custom branding require a quote.
Pros and cons
- Pro: Standard gives late contributors six months and includes the reception slideshow.
- Pro: Premium's separate gallery codes suit different guest groups across a wedding weekend.
- Con: face search increases the total price; it is not a Standard feature.
- Con: buying multiple main galleries adds little if everyone will upload to one collection.
For a screen, the slideshow instructions recommend a full browser on a laptop or tablet connected to your display. They advise against relying on a TV's built-in browser. Include that equipment and connection check in your venue setup.
Actual wedding experiences and the video complaint
In a September 2024 discussion, a couple reported nearly 1,000 photos and videos plus voicemails across three wedding galleries. They liked the shared QR entry point. Their historical package allowance and price do not establish today's offer.
In an October 2025 wedding update, another customer recommended GuestCam after successful photo collection but said selecting several videos failed. GuestCam's later reply says multiple-video uploads are supported and suggests conversion or network behavior. Neither account proves the cause.
GuestCam's own testimonials are useful leads, but provider-published feedback and Reddit comments are different evidence from independently verified purchases. The G2 listing checked had no customer reviews; a directory entry alone is not customer endorsement.
Verdict: pay for audio and time if you need them
GuestCam is a good fit for audio messages, several galleries and a long collection window. For a simpler album, WeddingPhoto App costs $39 with shorter deadlines. For a slideshow alone, GuestCam Standard costs $10 less than our $59 Celebration plan.
