PicturesQR Review: $39 Pricing, Privacy and Customer Feedback
By Samudra · Updated
Short answer
This PicturesQR review finds its $39 package good value for a year of photo/video uploads and an included slideshow. Guests need no app or account, and you can keep uploads private. Customer feedback is positive but comes from a small public sample. The main caution is the pricing page's all-sales-final wording: try the service and clarify refund terms before paying.
WeddingPhoto App publishes this review and is a competitor. Sources were checked October 30, 2026. We reviewed public evidence rather than testing a paid event.
PicturesQR pricing: one package at $39
The official pricing page lists a one-time USD charge per event and a trial without a credit card. Its package includes unlimited uploads, guests and albums, printable QR designs, a slideshow and 12 months of access. Unlimited albums should not be read as unlimited separately purchased events.
| Decision | PicturesQR | WeddingPhoto App Intimate |
|---|---|---|
| One-time price | $39 | $39 |
| Photo and video collection | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Upload / download period | 12 / 12 months; homepage uses upload start date | 15 post-event upload days / 2 months of storage |
| Live slideshow | Included | Not included; Celebration is $59 |
Pros: long access and useful privacy controls
The homepage describes individual downloads, a ZIP archive, PIN protection and a private gallery visible only to the host. A ZIP bundles files into one download. Those controls make it possible to collect privately before deciding what to share.
The homepage says the download period runs for 12 months from the upload start date. Confirm that date for your event, especially if you plan to collect engagement-party photos months before the wedding.
Cons: refund ambiguity and limits to the evidence
The pricing page says sales are final, while the general FAQ says support will assist if you are dissatisfied or plans change. That softer wording does not promise a refund. Resolve it before purchasing if cancellation flexibility matters.
Private viewing is also different from approving every file before it reaches a live screen. We did not establish that exact approval sequence from the pages checked. If it is essential, test it in the trial rather than assuming that “private gallery” covers it.
Actual customer feedback
The Trustpilot profile checked showed 26 reviews, a small sample. Jenna Williams's February 18, 2026 review describes quick last-minute wedding setup. Mark Otten's October 8, 2025 review praises navigation and downloading. Kimberly Simonds's November 3 invited review describes making Canva signs with the QR code and PIN.
Emily Hale's October 22, 2025 review mentions some fuzzy images despite a positive overall experience. The review does not establish whether the original photos, the upload process or something else caused that. We found no basis to label it a confirmed compression problem.
Several reviews are marked invited. That does not make them false, but this small, self-selected sample cannot predict your guest participation or upload reliability.
Verdict: strong published value, check the controls
PicturesQR offers more time and an included slideshow at the same $39 entry price as WeddingPhoto App. Choose it when those are priorities. Consider WeddingPhoto App when its documented host-review controls and guest flow suit you better; our entry plan does not beat PicturesQR on duration.
