WedTrove is worth considering for browser-based guest collection and separate wedding galleries. Its public pages describe account-free guest uploads, a slideshow and original-quality downloads. Before paying, confirm the package price, video inclusion and exact expiry date: the public pricing text available in our review did not settle all three.

WedTrove pricing: the unanswered part of the comparison
The pricing page describes a one-time package, but its retrieved text did not expose a numeric checkout amount. Its broad feature table includes video while the FAQ restricts video to Premium. We cannot establish a like-for-like price from that evidence. Ask for the total in your currency and a written list of included features.
That is a limitation of this check, not evidence that a normal visitor cannot obtain a quote. If you are comparing a photo-only party with a wedding full of speech clips, confirm the media allowance before comparing prices. A photo-only quote cannot answer the video requirement.

Follow one photo from the guest's phone to your backup
According to the setup guide, the organizer creates a gallery and shares its code or link. The guest chooses files on their phone. The next useful question is whether someone unfamiliar with your setup understands when the transfer is complete. Rehearse on two different phones, check a video with sound and verify the host received every selected file.
Open the collection from another guest's phone before inviting everyone. Decide whether they should see all contributions or only send files. If you plan a reception screen, ask how an unwanted photo can be held back. “Private gallery” and “review before display” are separate requirements. Then download a small archive, open it and keep an independent copy.
Several galleries can help, provided guests know which to use
WedTrove's homepage describes separate galleries with individual QR codes. That may suit a rehearsal dinner and reception with different audiences. Check how many your package includes and who can see each collection. One code for the whole weekend is simpler when the guest list is the same; more galleries are useful only when they solve an organizing or access problem.

A useful customer account names the event date, selected package and what happened after uploading. Look for whether the couple retrieved their files and resolved any issue.
