1. Kululu for a wall-centered shortlist

Kululu’s product page presents guest uploads and a live photo wall together. If the screen is a major part of your reception, inspect its current demo and plan. Compare readable layouts at the distance guests will stand, not only on your laptop.

2. GUESTPIX for a wider wedding package

GUESTPIX includes slideshow features alongside its collection and event tools. If you are already choosing it for another reason, check whether its display meets the brief before adding another service. Confirm package availability and the controls for taking a picture off screen.

3. WeddingPhoto App for collection and display together

Celebration and Forever include the live slideshow. Hosts can review submissions, choose the interval, shuffle order and include uploader names or videos. The gallery must be public for slideshow access, and current videos play muted. Those details matter if you want a private collection or sound during the reception.

Published display prices and the limit that changes them

On September 12, Kululu Plus listed a promotional $39 for 500 uploads and a live wall. Pro listed $99 with unlimited uploads under fair use and moderation. WeddingPhoto App includes its slideshow from Celebration at $59. GUESTPIX Classic includes slideshow and moderation, but we could not verify its numeric current price in our rendered-page check.

For 1,050 contributions, Kululu Plus's lower price does not qualify on file count. For a smaller collection without a requirement for manual approval, it may be enough. Do not confuse a lower display price with an equivalent moderation or storage package. The scenario analysis explains our assumptions.

A five-minute rehearsal with a clear fallback

1. Start with three approved test images: portrait, landscape and a dark reception photo.
2. Open the display on the actual screen and inspect it from the back of the room.
3. Submit a new test image and confirm that review settings control whether it appears.
4. Test a video and its sound behavior. WeddingPhoto App currently plays slideshow videos muted.
5. Practice switching to a prepared local slideshow if the venue connection becomes unreliable.

Nominate one person to operate the display and one host to review the collection. They may be the same person at a small reception, but the responsibility should be explicit. Pause the wall during speeches if moving images would compete for attention. Add those cues to your reception run of show.

Five questions that expose a poor fit

• Can you hold a new upload for review before a roomful of people sees it?
• Does the display expose names you would prefer to hide?
• What happens with a portrait picture, a long video or an empty collection?
• Can the display device remain powered and connected for the entire event?
• How do you download the files after the screen is turned off?
